We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of architectural principles, creative problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables. Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and specifications using design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices. Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and construction inspections. Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for interdisciplinary design integration. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Provide expert guidance on materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 4-10 years of professional experience in architecture or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural software. Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and contract documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and project delivery. Preferred Skills: Experience in sustainable and green building design (LEED certification a plus). Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems. Exposure to large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects. Work Environment: Office-based with occasional site visits. Collaborative team setting with opportunities for innovation and leadership.
