We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Revit Manager to join our architectural and design team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of Revit and architectural drafting, with hands-on experience in design documentation and coordination. This role involves ensuring that all design development and construction documents adhere to SSA CAD standards, performing site and field work, and collaborating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. The Revit Manager will play a critical role in mentoring junior staff, organizing project documentation, and maintaining drawing accuracy while managing the BIM environment across projects. Responsibilities The following are key responsibilities but not limited to: Represent SSA professionally and follow company policies. Ensure work meets SSAs QA standards and CAD/Revit procedures. Assist in preparation of design development and construction documents using Revit and related tools. Create and manage documentation in various media (manual and digital). Apply architectural/interior design and construction technical expertise. Conduct field work and document existing site conditions. Prepare construction and presentation drawings under guidance of senior staff. Organize and coordinate layout of drafted documents. Deliver assignments efficiently and on schedule. Use design tools like Graphic Standards, Time-Saver Standards, and manufacturer catalogs. Apply basic knowledge of local/international building codes. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other allied disciplines. Assist PMs in project work plans and deliverables. Supervise and mentor interns or junior staff as assigned. Review and validate subconsultant scopes of services. Engage in continuous technical skill development through training, site visits, and trade literature. All tasks that are required to be done as per scope of work, responsibility matrix and Client requirement for the project.
