Assess students’ progress regularly through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain records of students' academic performance and report to parents/guardians as required. Create a classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and discipline. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Stay updated with developments in the subject area and teaching methodologies.
