Job Description: Junior Accounatnt Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Positions Available: 2 Vacancies Department: Accounts & Finance Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Accounting Executives to join our finance team in Erode. The ideal candidates will handle day-to-day accounting operations including purchase management, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance using Tally software. Experience Required Minimum: 6 months of relevant accounting experience Maximum: 2 years in accounting/finance roles Fresh graduates with strong Tally knowledge may also apply Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties: Process purchase orders and maintain vendor records Generate and manage invoice billing for customers Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions Maintain accurate financial records in Tally software Reconcile bank statements and cash flow records Prepare basic financial reports and statements Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Support senior accountants with various accounting tasks Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation Support audit processes and provide required documentation Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements: Tally Knowledge: Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (Mandatory) Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance Experience with purchase order processing and invoice management Technical Skills: MS Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting Basic computer literacy and data entry skills Understanding of banking operations and reconciliation Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills in Tamil and English Ability to work under deadlines and pressure Team collaboration and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities Educational Qualifications B.Com/M.Com in Accounting/Finance (Preferred) Diploma in Accounting or related field Professional courses in Tally/Accounting software Salary & Benefits Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month Performance-based increments Additional benefits as per company policy Working Conditions Full-time position Office-based role in Erode Standard working hours (Monday to Saturday) Collaborative work environment How to Apply Interested candidates meeting the above criteria are invited to submit their resume along with: Educational certificates Experience certificates Tally proficiency certificate (if available) Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
