The Creative Designer will be responsible for overseeing creative design projects, developing graphics and branding materials, and other elements as required. The role includes collaborating with the other teams in the company to ensure that design work aligns with overall strategies. Job Requisition: Onsite ERP Implementation Lead – Oil & Spices Manufacturing Location: Erode Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, India We are looking for an experienced Onsite ERP Implementation Lead to drive the end-to- end implementation of an ERP system for a new oil & spices manufacturing facility . This role will be responsible for designing and configuring efficient business processes across Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Accounting, and Finance. You will work closely with factory leadership and department heads to translate operational needs into effective ERP workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP implementations within process manufacturing environments and will be comfortable leading cross-functional teams onsite. Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus. As the ERP Implementation Lead, you will conduct workshops with stakeholders, configure ERP modules, manage testing and go-live activities, and provide training and post-go-live support. You will also play a key role in establishing best practices and scalable processes to support future growth. This is a hands-on, onsite role that requires close collaboration with production, quality, warehouse, procurement, sales, HR, and finance teams. Qualifications The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of ERP implementation experience , with a strong understanding of process manufacturing workflows. Previous experience implementing ERP solutions across Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, HR, Accounting , and Finance is essential. Experience with Odoo ERP is a significant advantage, along with familiarity with batch traceability, food safety compliance , and financial reporting in manufacturing environments. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are required, as is a willingness to be fully engaged onsite during critical project phases.
