Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver. Proven experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave. Strong proficiency in Java programming language (or a relevant language for Selenium automation). In-depth knowledge of Junit framework for unit testing. Experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with other testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG). Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
