Job Summary: As the Female Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that boost our visibility, grow our followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our boutique and online store. You will play a key role in showcasing our tailoring classes, student work, boutique collections, behind-the-scenes stories, and customer testimonials. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Photograph or coordinate photo shoots for products, students’ work, and boutique items. Write compelling captions and posts with a strong understanding of fashion and tailoring terminology. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs promptly and professionally. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and potential customers. Growth & Analytics: Monitor performance using analytics tools; track growth, engagement, and ROI. Adjust strategies based on insights to optimize reach and conversion. Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent tone, look, and feel across all platforms. Align content with our seasonal collections, institute calendar, and promotional campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for course enrollments, festive collections, online sales, and special offers. Collaboration: Coordinate with tailoring instructors, designers, photographers, and sales team. Support website product uploads and syncing social media with online store updates. Requirements: Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or educational brands. Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Strong writing and storytelling skills. Basic understanding of tailoring, fashion trends, and e-commerce is a big plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing. Knowledge of SEO and hashtags strategy.
