• Ensure proper maintenance of all accounting records using prescribed formats/software (e.g., Tally, etc.). Audit & amp; Compliance: • Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) and respond to audit queries. • Ensure corrective actions are taken on audit findings. Taxation & amp; Revenue: • Monitor revenues including projects, sales, and other sources. • Assist in GST/TDS compliance, return filing, and reconciliation. Procurement & Payments: • Ensure procurement procedures are followed as per government/company rules. • Process payments to vendors/contractors with due diligence and documentation. Capacity Building: • Participate in training programs and workshops for financial systems and reforms. Coordination: • Coordinate with project client, banks, and other stakeholders for smooth financial operations. Reporting: Account will be reporting and submitting the monthly work progress to Board of Director-J-WiRES under the supervision of Lead Operation J-WiRES. Engagement Period: • Initial duration of the project will be 1 year which will be further extended for 1 year based on the project requirement and satisfactory performance. Monthly remuneration: • Consolidated Pay - Rs 28000-30000 Apart from the monthly honorarium he/she will be entitled for the below mentioned details: • On official tour he/she will be entitled to Travelling Allowance which is intended to cover expenditure incurred in connection with journeys performed for the company work, provided as per company rule. • Casual Leave (CL) earned @ 1 leave after completing of every month of Service. But CL lapses at the end of each calendar year and cannot be carried forward or used for encashment. Apart from CL, 12 sick leave for calendar year. • All Leaves and tour will be approved by Reporting Officer. • He/she shall not absent herself/himself from duty, without prior approval and intimation about absence shall be sent at the earliest. If an employee is absent without intimation to his superior officer for more than five days and s/he does not report for duties he/she shall be deemed to have vacated his post.
