The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing business strategies to improve sales. Duties include handling customer inquiries, processing loans, maintaining branch records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, as well as contributing to the achievement of branch financial targets.
