LTFinance is looking for COLLECTIONS OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Debt Collection: Contact customers or clients with overdue payments to negotiate and collect outstanding debts in a professional and respectful manner Payment Arrangements: Work with debtors to establish repayment plans, settlements, or alternative payment solutions that align with their financial circumstances Account Review: Review and analyze debtor accounts to assess their financial status, payment history, and creditworthiness Communication: Maintain regular communication with debtors through phone calls, emails, or letters to encourage timely payments and resolve payment disputes Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, payment arrangements, and debtor interactions Compliance: Ensure collection practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair debt collection practices Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and recovery rates Escalation: Escalate accounts to legal or higher management when necessary, following established protocols Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to debtors by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about payment options Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received with outstanding balances, updating records accordingly

Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the gold loan branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Process gold loan applications, including verification of documents, valuation of gold, and disbursement of loans. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (RBI, KYC, AML guidelines). Supervise the safe handling, storage, and appraisal of pledged gold as per company standards. Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan disbursements, repayments, and gold valuation. Conduct regular audits of gold stocks, loan accounts, and branch records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Facilitate the timely recovery of loans and interest payments, and provide guidance on repayment schedules to customers. Coordinate with the branch manager and other departments to ensure optimal branch performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and resolving issues efficiently. Assist in marketing activities to promote gold loan products and increase branch business. Supervise and train branch staff on operational procedures, customer service, and compliance regulations. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in gold loan operations or financial services is highly preferred. Strong understanding of gold loan products, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage cash flow and daily transactions efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines in the financial sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and branch management software. Additional Requirements : Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
