Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive financial advisory. Conduct client needs analysis and tailor banking, tax, investment, and loan solutions. Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently. Manage client retention strategies to minimize attrition. Provide prompt and effective customer service, resolving queries/issues. Ensure full compliance with KYC and other regulatory policies. Stay updated on financial products, tax laws, and market trends. Desired Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in financial services. Basic understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and loan structuring. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Customer service oriented with resilience and persistence. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 4years of experience as a Relationship Manager in banking/financial services. Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of CRM systems and telephony tools. Deep understanding of banking products, investments, insurance, and financial planning.
