Role & responsibilities Shall ensure claims are technically sound, commercially justified, and contractually compliant Shall prepare detailed delay analysis for claims pertaining to Extension of Time (EoT) and Cost Compensation, where delays have occurred due to late approvals, changes in design, or indecision by PMC/Employer. Shall participate in all site meetings as authorized by Contractor and represent accordingly, prepare MoMs, follow ups and status reports.
