Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate with HODs of Printing , Component , and Can Assembly departments. Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations, shift transitions, and production continuity. Implement and monitor plant OPEX controls and drive continuous improvements in efficiency.
