Recovery & Back up Management. Coordinate with Vendors for communication links. Adhere to all Policies as defined from time to time. Ensure the performance of the IT infrastructure at Dahej Plant. Support and directly be responsible for all the Infrastructure management at Dahej location. Support all the GMP, GLP and other Audit requirements at Dahej from IT infrastructure perspective. Responsible for updating annexure of all SOPs on a regular basis as mentioned in the SOP. MES, LMS system User Management and Technical support. 4.) SERVERS: Server policy implementation, documentation & technical up gradation. 5.) OTHERS: Support to software's (QC, Packing & HR) & coordinating with HO for in house developments. Responsible for creating awareness of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 and HSE policy to all subordinates. Responsible to seek participation of employees to achieve HSE policy. The Industrial Relations HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and fostering positive employee relations within the warehouse environment. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and the ability to effectively address and resolve workplace issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations, and supporting the overall human resources function. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: 1. Proactively engage with warehouse employees to build and maintain positive relationships. 2. Address and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes in a timely and effective manner. 3. Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution. Labor Law Compliance: 1. Stay abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure the warehouse's compliance. 2. Interpret and implement collective bargaining agreements, if applicable. 3. Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex labor issues. 4. Manpower billing compliance related work and coordination with vendors for bill generation & submission, ensuring compliance. Policy Development and Implementation: 1. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures specific to the warehouse environment. 2. Educate employees and management on HR policies to ensure understanding and compliance. Performance Management: 1. Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. 2. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development. Union Relations (if applicable): 1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and union representatives. 2. Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration. Training and Development: 1. Identify training needs within the warehouse and coordinate relevant training programs. 2. Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics related to employee relations and HR compliance. 4. Skills / Work Ex. / Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in industrial relations, HR, or a similar role. · Indepth knowledge of labor laws and regulations. · Experience with unionized work environments is a plus. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Position Overview: The Instrument Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement process of instrument spares and services. This includes identifying vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing orders. The role also involves ensuring timely delivery of materials, cost-saving initiatives, and developing new and alternate vendors. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Process: Manage the PR to PO process for instrument spares and services. Identify and engage with vendors, float enquiries, and obtain quotations. Process technical clearances, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders. Follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials. Oversee the complete procure-to-pay procedure. Implement cost-saving measures and expedite the PR to PO conversion process. Develop new and alternate vendors. Service Management: Coordinate with service engineers and manage the process of service orders and ARC/AMC. Ensure timely performance of job responsibilities. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain knowledge of procurement SOPs, cost control, warranties, guarantees, LD, and procurement terminology. Ensure compliance with safety and HR regulations. Timely submission of MIS data.
