Position Summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Supervisor to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, travel coordination, hospitality, and housekeeping supervision. This position demands high levels of responsibility, organization, vendor coordination, and the ability to support top management with a service-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Administration & Management:Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the corporate office premises. Ensure all administrative and operational systems are functioning smoothly.Manage front office operations, guest reception, courier handling, and visitor experience. Handle stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and miscellaneous office supply procurement. 2. Team Supervision:Lead, schedule, and supervise the in-house housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. Assign and monitor daily tasks to housekeeping staff with clear instructions and follow-ups. Conduct daily checks to ensure office and common areas are neat, clean, and well maintained. 3. Pantry and Stock Management:Supervise pantry operations and maintain optimal stock levels of beverages, snacks, and supplies. Maintain pantry inventory, track usage, and place timely orders with vendors. Ensure hygiene and hospitality standards are followed in pantry services. 4. Vendor and Facility Management:Coordinate with vendors for timely service, maintenance, AMC contracts, supplies, and repairs. Negotiate cost-effective deals and ensure service-level agreements are met. Maintain documentation of vendor contracts, bills, and payment schedules. 5. Travel & Guest Management:Make travel arrangements including transport, hotel bookings, and itineraries for staff and top management. Handle guest logistics, meeting room setup, hospitality arrangements, and refreshments. Ensure a professional and warm experience for all external and internal guests. 6. Support to Senior Management:Provide administrative support to senior executives in meeting coordination, logistics, and documentation. Act as a point of contact for admin-related tasks as requested by top management. 7. Compliance & Record-Keeping:Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety, and cleanliness protocols. Maintain daily checklists, housekeeping reports, purchase records, and inventory logs. Coordinate with HR for compliance with ESIC, PF, insurance, and leave management where applicable to admin staff. Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, housekeeping supervision, travel & hospitality management. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and discipline. Excellent vendor negotiation and procurement management. Pleasant personality, courteous approach, and a professional demeanor. Work Schedule: Location: T. Nagar, Chennai (Work from Office – Full Time) Timings: Monday to Saturday (General Shift) Compensation & Benefits:Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and interview performance) ESIC & PF as per statutory norms Group Insurance Casual Leave (CL) Annual Bonus
