Strategically located near key industrial areas like Dondi Malkapur and Cherlapally, the park is designed to serve as a hub for warehousing, rail freight, and multimodal logistics operations. Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition and drive business growth for our Logistics Park. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the logistics, industrial, or infrastructure sectors and a proven track record of bringing in customers for similar large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers including logistics companies, 3PLs, manufacturers, exporters/importers, and warehousing firms. Promote leasing and usage of the logistics parks warehousing, industrial plots, and rail-linked services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Monitor market developments and competitor activity to refine business strategy. Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver client solutions. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within logistics, industrial parks, or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, rail freight, and B2B industrial marketing. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Job Summary: The Production Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production floor in the chemical plant. This role includes supervising production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, troubleshooting process issues, and optimizing production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the activities of production floor staff, including operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade equipment and optimize production processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive continuous improvement. 6. Inventory and Resource Management: Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and supplies to ensure availability for production needs. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels. Optimize the use of resources to minimize waste and reduce costs. 7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production volumes, downtime, and quality issues. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and reporting requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.) Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chemical plant or related manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
