Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect free launch/ramp-up of new models. A Day in the life Analysis of internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty) Identify and audit Critical to Quality Stages.
