We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design graphics for various media, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs that align with project goals. Create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy. Stay updated on design trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into your work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Provide feedback and revisions based on client and team input. Three months probationary period should be completed where we will be assessing your skill sets, after completing the period successfully employee will be promoted as permanent. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Chintadripet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: designing: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
