JOB DESCRIPTION: Target and planning for the branch.. Will be responsible for meeting disbursements targets month on month. Identifying business clusters with high potential and execute penetration strategies. Tracking and improving Manpower Productivity at all levels. Monitoring and mentoring the branch team. Keeping a regular track of competition and reporting new products / market developments to upstream. Managing product mix and branch profitability. Managing the bucket of NTB, ETB,NTC and overall portfolio management. Managing internal and external audit compliance. 2-7 years of experience in microfinance or secured/unsecured loans, preferably in an NBFC or banking industry. Strong understanding of micro business loans, secured business loans, micro laps, and other financial products offered by the organization. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during field visits. Ability to analyse complex data sets to inform lending decisions.
