Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solution in a timely manner. Keep up-to-date with financial markets and product knowledge. Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems. Requirements Qualification:- 12th/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ in any discipline ( Preferably commerce or finance). Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
