Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Solar Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solar energy solutions. You’ll play a critical role in educating prospects on the benefits of solar energy and closing sales to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect New Clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals. Client Education: Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, the installation process, and available financing options. Needs Assessment: Conduct site visits or virtual consultations to assess client needs, energy usage, and potential for solar installation. Sales Presentations: Present tailored solar solutions to clients, highlighting energy savings, environmental benefits, and ROI. Negotiation & Closing: Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly targets. Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. Customer Support: Maintain relationships with existing clients, assisting with post-sale questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, pricing, and local policies to provide clients with the most accurate information. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related industry. (Experience in outside sales or energy efficiency sales is a plus) Skills: Strong communication hindi or english and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems and financing options is an advantage. Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
