Contract Labour Management Manage daily deployment and ensure statutory compliance of the contract workforce. Coordinate with contractors for timely wage disbursement, documentation, and adherence to legal norms. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws (e.g., CLRA, Factories Act) and maintain updated statutory records. Handle audits, labour inspections, and ensure timely submission of all HR-related returns. 3. Time Office & Attendance Supervise attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime tracking for all plant employees. Provide accurate payroll inputs based on verified attendance data. 4. Employee Relations & Discipline Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures in line with company policy. Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment while supporting industrial harmony. 5. HR Operations & MIS Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRIS systems. Prepare and submit periodic HR MIS reports to plant leadership and corporate HR. 6. Support to Corporate HR Initiatives Coordinate and execute corporate-led HR programs at the plant level, including: Onboarding & Induction Learning & Development (L&D) Performance Management System (PMS)

PFB Position and Venue Details: - We are currently hiring for below open Positions, Pls refer below Job description: - 1. Production Engineer - LPDC ( 02 to 5 years)- Diploma Preferred (2 Positions):- a. Hands on experience in handling LPDC Machines b. Should have 2-5 years of experience in LPDC/GDC. c. Shift supervision & Production Planning. 2. Maintenance Engineer - LPDC (Mechanical & Electrical) ( 2 to 5 Years ) Diploma Preferred (07 Positions):- a. Able to solve Mechanical/ Electrical related issue to LPDC/GDC. b. Reduce MTTR and increase MTBF c. Achieve and maintain zero breakdown of equipment throughout the plant 3. Die Maintenance Engineer - LPDC (2 to 5 Years ) Diploma Preferred (03 Positions):- a. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of LPDC dies as per the maintenance schedule. b. Handle die assembly, disassembly, cleaning, polishing, and troubleshooting for wear and damage. c. Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure die performance meets casting requirements. d. Inspect dies for cracks, deformation, or thermal fatigue and ensure necessary repairs are completed. 4. Core Shop Engineer - LPDC (2 to 5 Years ) Diploma Preferred (03 Positions):- a. Oversee and manage core production activities including core making, baking, handling, and storage. b. Ensure the quality of sand cores (cold box, hot box, shell cores etc.) used in LPDC processes. c. Monitor and control parameters in the core-making machines to meet production targets. 5. Post Operations & PPC Engineer LPDC ( 2 to 5 Years ) Diploma Preferred (2 Positions):- a. Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on customer orders and capacity. b. Coordinate with die maintenance, core shop, and LPDC production to ensure schedule adherence. c. Ensure material availability for core, alloy, and consumables through coordination with stores and purchase departments. 6. Stores & Dispatch Officer LPDC ( 2 to 5 Years ) Diploma Preferred (2 Positions):- a. Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, consumables, and components as per company standards. b. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the SAP. c. Issue materials to production (LPDC, Core Shop, Post-Casting) based on material requisitions. d. Plan and execute finished goods dispatch based on customer schedules and delivery requirements. 7. NPD Quality Engineer - LPDC ( 5 to 10 Years ) - Diploma/ BE in mechanical (1 Positions):- a. Act as a QA representative for new product development projects in LPDC, from design stage through to SOP (Start of Production). b. Develop and implement APQP documentation such as Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Inspection Standards. C, Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Tool Room, and Supply Chain) to ensure quality readiness for product and process trials. d. Conduct PPAP submissions, ensuring all documents and quality validation activities meet customer expectations.
