Position: Sales Manager Company: Fynday Projects LLP Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in real estate sales Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Real Estate) Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales of premium villas and residential projects Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets Lead follow-up with leads generated from campaigns and inquiries Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships Negotiate deals, assist with documentation, and close sales efficiently Maintain records using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to streamline conversion flow Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to close high-value deals Deep understanding of the Kochi/Kerala real estate market Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset Fluency in Malayalam and English Salary: Best in industry + attractive incentives Employment Type : Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
