Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in the Botad district. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining recruitment records. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
