Key Responsibilities: Assist in installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and networking equipment at client sites or internally. Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues under supervision. Perform routine maintenance and health checks on systems and networks. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for calls attended. Learn and follow safety and company procedures during on-site visits. Support in testing and quality checks for repaired equipment. Communicate effectively with customers to understand reported issues and provide updates. Assist senior engineers in executing projects or preventive maintenance schedules. Requirements: Education: Pursuing or completed Diploma / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals. Ability to identify and resolve basic hardware and software issues. Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer troubleshooting. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel locally for service calls if required.
