Job Location- South Kolkata Job Title: Replenishment Supervisor – Quick Commerce & Dark Store Operations Location: Kolkata Department: Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-4 Years About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Replenishment Supervisor to oversee inventory replenishment for our quick commerce and dark store operations in Kolkata. As part of a fast-growing D2C brand , y ou will ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and operational efficiency across our micro-fulfilment centres to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels at dark stores and coordinate timely stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Analyze sales trends, fast-moving SKUs, and consumption patterns to ensure demand-based inventory flow. 2. Vendor Coordination & Inbound Planning: Liaise with central warehouse, vendors, and logistics teams to manage inbound schedules. Track shipments and ensure timely receipt and storage at dark stores. 3. Stock Accuracy & Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure system and physical stock match. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and procurement teams. 4. Operational Supervision: Supervise a team of store executives/associates handling replenishment, picking, and put-away. Implement and monitor SOPs for replenishment and storage. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain daily/weekly replenishment trackers, fill rate reports, and out-of- stock dashboards. Recommend process improvements based on replenishment KPIs and root cause analysis. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2. 2–4 years of experience in inventory/replenishment planning, preferably in Q-commerce or D2C retail. 3 Hands-on experience with WMS/IMS systems and Excel-based reporting. 4. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 6. Prior experience in managing dark stores or micro-fulfilment centres is a plus.
