We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff (GSA). This role involves covering 3 to 4 villages, working within a direct-to-consumer (D to C) framework. GSA will play a critical role in generating daily indents, connecting with the community, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground.. Operate within and manage the assigned 3 to 4 Taluk efficiently. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Sales Officer.(ASO) Requirements: Required to work 26 days per month. Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting daily targets consistently. Knowledge of the local area and community is a plus. Working in the D to C concept. Incentive-Based Compensation: Earn ₹250 per unit generated Daily Incentive eligible for an additional ₹250 per day. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
