Job Purpose – · Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Execute routine preventive maintenance procedures on solar equipment. · Module Cleaning: Ensuring that Solar moduleis clean and without any bird drop or shadow. Ensuring module water / chemical cleaning cycles as per requirement. · Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and troubleshoot faults in solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related components. · Emergency Response: Respond promptly to system failures or emergencies to minimize downtime. · Documentation: Provide documentation and daily reports of site conditions and system performance. · Collaboration: Work with engineers and project managers to optimize system design and performance. · Health and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities. Promote and maintain a culture of safety within the team and on-site. Qualifications: Diploma / B. Tech - Electrical Engineer or a related field. Previous experience in solar O&M for 1-2 year is desirable. Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and associated electrical components. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills. COMPETENCIES Good interpersonal skills and, in particular, the ability to work as part of a team and to establish effective working relationships Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to manage a busy workload effectively and high degree of flexibility in adapting to frequently shifting priorities and deadlines. Candidate should be ready to relocate to any location with in India for work related purposes.
