Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Head (B.Tech – Chemical Engineering or related discipline) to lead operations at our Compressed Biogas (CBG) facility. The Production Head will be responsible for overall digester performance, gas yield, upgrading quality, and laboratory. Qualifications B.Tech Chemical Engineering (preferred); alternatively Biotechnology with plant ops experience. 7–10 years of experience in biogas, wastewater, distillery, fertilizer, or chemical process industries . Strong knowledge of anaerobic digestion, process controls, utilities, and lab integration . Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operations & Production Ensure smooth operation of digesters, upgrading units, compressors, and utilities . Conduct regular review meetings; ensure coordination between lab, operations, and maintenance. Train staff in SOPs, safety, and process best practices. 5. Reporting & MIS Submit daily and monthly production reports (gas yield, plant availability, methane %). Report on energy balance, specific gas yield per tonne of feedstock, and cost drivers.
