The School Principal is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and supervision of the school. The principal ensures high standards of education, maintains discipline, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership Oversee implementation of curriculum and academic programs. Supervise teaching methods and evaluate teacher performance. Promote academic excellence and set performance goals. Administrative Duties Manage school operations including schedules, budgets, and resources. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in an administrative or leadership role. Skills Required: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management capabilities. Problem-solving attitude with conflict resolution skills.
