Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on pathology services, including histology, cytology, molecular testing, and digital pathology. Collaborate with pathologists, lab managers, and the sales team to create targeted messaging and content. Create educational materials, brochures, newsletters, case studies, and social media content to promote services. Organize and support events such as medical conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategies. Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and branding guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 3+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics. Strong understanding of pathology and laboratory services. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a clinical laboratory, diagnostic company, or biotech. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations. Graphic design or video content creation experience is a plus.
