About the job: Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Office Address G2, Ackruti Centre Point, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 093, India Job Type: Full-time Department: Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or service-related issues. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and offer suggestions to improve services. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and their expectations met. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications: Communication Skills Preferred Skills: Experience with live chat and voice support. Note: The working hours will follow UK time: Mon Fri 5 working Days 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM for the first 6 months 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM for the subsequent 6 months Please note, this role is focused solely on voice support responsibilities with no sales involvement.
