Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and test equipment. Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine checks, diagnose faults, and replace parts. Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site, guiding customers. Customer Service: Build strong relationships and train users. Documentation: Maintain detailed service logs. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards and regulations. Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to R&D teams. Skills: Education: Diploma or ITI in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field). Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance, technical support, or a similar role.
