We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in relationship management and sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including small finance banking.
