Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staffing & Recruitment Location: Onsite – Kharadi, Pune | Remote (Exceptional Candidates Only) About Us: ApTask is a leading staffing and recruitment firm trusted by Fortune 500 clients. We specialize in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. With a growing presence across India and the U.S., we're expanding our Business Development team in Pune. What You'll Do: Drive new client acquisition in staffing and recruitment Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored talent solutions Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets What We're Looking For: 2+ years in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment business development Proven record in cold calling, lead generation & email/LinkedIn campaigns Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle objections effectively Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools is a plus Work Mode: Onsite : Kharadi, Pune (Preferred) Remote : Open to candidates with proven track record and excellent communication skills Why Join ApTask?
