About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production efforts in Pune. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling skills, an expert-level understanding of editing tools, and the ability to guide a team in delivering visually stunning content that connects with audiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the editing and post-production of high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, advertising, events, and branded campaigns. Oversee and maintain the visual and storytelling quality across multiple projects. Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. Collaborate closely with content strategists and junior editors to maintain creative alignment. Provide feedback and mentorship to junior editors to enhance overall team performance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to brand and quality standards. Stay on top of industry trends, platform-specific formats, and editing innovations. Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in an agency or content-driven environment. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement. Demonstrated experience with sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and VFX. Excellent project and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of editing styles and formats. Nice to Have: Experience leading or managing a small post-production team. Understanding of platform-specific strategies (YouTube, Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Familiarity with creative direction, scripting, or client interaction. Experience in animation or advanced motion graphics is a strong plus.
