Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. 7. The Assistant Store Manager's responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment and issuing material to sub-contractors and coordinating with procurement team to maintain adequate availability of all material in store. To be successful as an Store incharge you should have strong leadership and decision-making skills. An outstanding candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Receive and issue material as per requirement. Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock (manual and/or system). Update material register , bin card , and stock ledger daily. Ensure material is stored safely and properly (by category, type, etc.). Coordinate with the site engineer , purchase team , and HO for material requests. Perform daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation . Monitor material wastage and report damage/loss. Handle tools, equipment, and their return tracking. Maintain minimum stock level for critical items.
