We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the branch. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with sales principles and practices. A graduate degree is required for this position.
