We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer queries and concerns. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling micro finance products such as mutual funds. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds and other investment instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
