Core Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Assist in developing and implementing user-facing features using modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You'll work on tasks like building responsive layouts, optimizing website performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Back-End Development: Support the back-end team in developing server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions. You'll gain exposure to languages like Python, Node.js, or PHP and frameworks such as Django, Express, or Laravel. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and fix bugs and issues in existing codebases. This involves using developer tools and collaborating with team members to resolve problems efficiently. Code Review and Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality. You'll use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with the team. Learning and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively research and learn new tools and techniques to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's knowledge base. Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for your code and development processes. This ensures that the team can easily understand and work with your contributions.
