Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Web Portal & Mobile App

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web portals and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into visually appealing, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma

Design intuitive interfaces for web portals (dashboard, admin panels, etc.) and mobile apps (iOS & Android)

Translate business and user needs into elegant, functional designs

Conduct user research and competitor analysis when needed

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs effectively

Ensure responsive design principles across different devices and platforms

Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and reusable UI components

Iterate on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for both web and mobile platforms

Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, and Design Systems)

Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and modern UI trends

Portfolio demonstrating past work on web portals and mobile apps

Good communication skills and ability to explain design rationale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹38,179.55 per month
