Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our in-house sales team. The role involves calling potential customers from our database, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads for our business.

Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls from the company’s database to potential clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to generate interest.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
