About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines technical servicing and sales responsibilities for premium scientific, laboratory, and medical equipment. You will handle equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and also build strong client relationships to promote sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair scientific, laboratory, and medical equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Demonstrate product usage and capabilities during client visits.
• Identify new sales opportunities while providing service support.
• Maintain service logs, sales reports, and customer records.
• Travel to client locations (domestic) for service and business development.

Requirements

• Gender: Male (travel-intensive role)
• Education: ITI (Electronics) / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation
• Experience: 2–5 years in equipment servicing and/or technical sales
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, good communication skills
• Must Have: Personal laptop
• Willingness to travel frequently within India
