Job Title: Learning Experience Product Designer

About Us

We’re on a mission to reinvent how students learn — replacing traditional teacher-led models with AI-driven, personalized learning journeys. As we build an AI that teaches students directly, the student experience becomes everything. We’re looking for a Learning Experience Product Designer who’s equally skilled in interface design and instructional thinking. Your work will sit at the intersection of beautiful, intuitive UI and effective, engaging learning flows — empowering students to learn independently, joyfully, and confidently.

Key Resposibilty

• Own the end-to-end design of student-facing features — from early discovery and wireframes to polished, tested interfaces.
• Craft learning flows that align with educational best practices (e.g., mastery learning, scaffolding, spaced repetition).
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design AI-human interaction models (e.g., chat interfaces, hint systems, feedback loops).
• Apply UX research to understand how students engage, struggle, and succeed — and translate insights into elegant designs.
• Design progress dashboards, interactive exercises, and goal-setting features to promote motivation and autonomy.
• Work closely with the gamification expert to embed fun and motivation in the learning journey.
• Use data (completion rates, time-on-task, etc.) to iterate and improve learning UX continuously.

What You Bring - Core UI/UX Design Skills -

• 3–6 years of experience designing consumer-grade apps (web/mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showing intuitive design, layout, typography, and flow.
• Familiarity with interaction design for children or students (bonus).

Learning Design Skills

• Understanding of how people learn — especially K-12 or teen learners.
• Knowledge of instructional design, learning theory, or cognitive science.
• Experience with or deep interest in mastery-based or self-paced learning systems.
• Bonus: Experience in edtech platforms (e.g., Duolingo, Khan Academy, Byju’s). -

Collaborative Mindset-

• Comfortable working across disciplines — AI, engineering, psychology, product.
• Strong communication skills — can justify design decisions with both UX logic and learning rationale.
• Obsessed with the student journey and learning outcomes.

Tools & Frameworks You Might Use-

• Figma, Miro (for design + collaboration)
• Notion, Airtable (to map curriculum journeys or content flows)
• Mixpanel, Amplitude (to track learning flow metrics)
• Learning frameworks: Bloom’s Taxonomy, spaced repetition, ZPD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
