**Job Description:

Sri Edu Foundation is seeking a qualified and passionate Guest Faculty – English to join our institution on a part-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering effective English language instruction and supporting students in developing strong communication and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature as per the curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom sessions
• Focus on improving students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Conduct assessments, tests, and assignments as required
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
• Adhere to institutional policies and teaching standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to join immediately and commit to the schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
