Hello, Greetings for the day!! We are looking for Java Fullstack Developer (Fintech) for our Corporate office located at Pune. Please find description below: Key Responsibilities - Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and build front-end interfaces using React (or Angular). - Architecture & Leadership: Own architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to scaling strategy. - Integration & Performance: Integrate with third-party payment APIs, optimize caching (Redis), and ensure low-latency transactions. - Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding best practices (PCI-DSS, KYC/AML awareness), conduct code reviews, and maintain data integrity. - Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and DevOps teams in a Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Qualifications Mandatory Skills - 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) backend development. - Proven fintech domain expertise (bill payments, wallets, reconciliation, settlements). - Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, concurrency, and RESTful API design. - Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack tasks. - Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). - Strong understanding of transactional systems, concurrency control, and financial reporting (ETL/data exports). - Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with Spring Cloud Gateway, event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Advanced DevOps practices (Terraform, AWS/Azure, Helm). - RBI/NPCI guidelines awareness - Implementation of advanced security measures (e.g., 2FA, SAML, JWT).
