Job Opening: Telecaller – Immigration Services

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to immigration services (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
• Provide accurate information about visa processes (Student Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Permit, etc.)
• Follow up with inquiries, leads, and walk-in candidates
• Maintain CRM and update daily call logs
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with the counselors
• Convert queries into appointments or walk-ins
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English required; Punjabi is a plus)
• Confident and polite on calls
• Basic knowledge of immigration services and visa types
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
