Location: The Platina, Jayabheri Enclave, Hyderabad Shift: US Hours Do you have experience in H-1B filings and immigration compliance? We are looking for an Immigration & Compliance Specialist to assist with visa processing and legal documentation. Key Responsibilities: H-1B Filings & Immigration Support Work closely with attorneys to assist with H-1B processing, visa renewals, and amendments. Compliance & Documentation Maintain consultant contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with US employment regulations. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with legal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to streamline immigration processes. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in immigration compliance, H-1B filings, or legal documentation. Strong knowledge of US visa processes, work authorizations, and employment laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and coordinate with attorneys and consultants.
