Job Opening for Plant Operator

1. Production Oversight: Monitor and coordinate production activities, including the preparation, mixing, and reaction of chemicals. Ensure that production targets and schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Collaborate with process engineers and other teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce waste.

3. Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks and testing to ensure products meet predetermined specifications and regulatory requirements. Address deviations and take corrective actions as needed.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production equipment, including reactors, mixers, filtration systems, and other relevant machinery. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, chemical spills, and exposure to hazardous materials. Promote a culture of safety among production staff.

6. Batch Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed batch records, process logs, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material and intermediate inventories. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production.

8. Training and Development: Train and guide production workers on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Foster a skilled and knowledgeable production team.

9. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, such as deviations, equipment malfunctions, and process inconsistencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

10. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and overall manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
