Job Opening for Store Executive

• Receive raw materials, chemicals, spares, and other items as per purchase orders.
• Check material quantity and quality against delivery challans and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval and sampling.
• Ensure proper storage of chemicals and materials according to MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guidelines.
• Maintain segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Label and tag materials correctly for easy identification.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or manual register.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor minimum and reorder stock levels and inform Purchase Department for replenishment.
• Issue materials to production and maintenance departments as per approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper documentation for material movement (GRN, Issue Slip, Return Note, etc.).
• Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with the logistics team.
• Maintain all statutory records related to hazardous materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and safety norms.
• Follow all safety procedures while handling chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure fire safety equipment and PPEs are used as per norms.
• Support periodic safety audits and housekeeping in store area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
